I suppose that the web site would not be complete without a mention of Hugo Maxwell Pires, born September 2004 in New York to Angela and Jay.  Although not a member of the Higgins family - Thank God says Jay!! - Hugo is the son of Linda's cousin Angela and as such has a tenuous link to the family.  See pictures of Hugo taken by his Dad below:
